Bio
Dr. David is a graduate of Weill Cornell Medical College. He completed his general surgery and urology residency at the New York Presyterian Hospital - Weill Cornell Medical Center. He spent the past 11 years as an Associate Professor of Clinical Urology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital - Weill Cornell Medical College where he was involved in patient care, medical student/resident education and research. He completed college phi beta kappa/summa cum laude at Vanderbilt University.
Dr. David is a diplomate (board certified) of the American Board of Urology. He currently serves on the Admissions Committee at Weill Cornell Medical College, lectures at the medical college on genitourinary embryology and male reproductive physiology, and serves as a board member of the Griffis Faculty Club. He has been a member of the American Urological Association since 2001 and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
His research interests include renal and ureteral embryology and physiology, while his clinical specialties involve voiding dysfunction, kidney stones, men's health, prostate disease, laparoscopic/endoscopic/open surgery and vasectomies. He has an emphasis on office-based procedures and surgery.
